Richard gave a treasurers update: a significant sum was earned on the silent auction at the January banquet, and some $ was received in donations. The auction money is for PGO treasury, at this point we’re unsure if the donations will go toward the Cadet treasury or PGO. The caterers have been paid—total cost of the meal was $600 just about $5.00 per person. The Ice Cream Social was delayed but will be served in upcoming months, probably during the Commanders Cup in April. There was a discussion about having the PGO elections immediately following the banquet. The Secretary will check the PGO Bylaws and report whether a bylaw change needs to be proposed. It was moved, seconded and passed that elections be held in December with assumption of duties in January. Upcoming Events: March: being finalized.
