OFFICER & STAFF
NOTES -

Commanding Officer -
Here it is, drill time again.
Thank you for all your hard
work at the fundraiser, you
all did an outstanding job!
For those of you who have
Ticket Books, make sure you
bring them, with all monies
collected, to drill. We have
lots of things to do this
month in preparation for the
annual inspection. Also, we
have the game show on
Sunday. The winning team
gets to have ice cream with
me. On Saturday I will be
meeting with each one of you
on a one on one basis. I will
be going over your record
and doing an inventory of
your seabag. The XO will be
going over your coursework
and advancement status.
This will also be the start of
annual evaluations so that
you and I know where you
stand and what is expected.
If you have anything you
wish to discuss, write it
down and bring it with you.
This includes report cards,
community service letters or
anything you think might
help you earn a ribbon. I am
looking forward to seeing all
of you this weekend.

ENS CRYSTAL GLADDEN -

Executive Officer-
Hello everyone. First of all I
would like to say thank you
to all parents, officers, and
cadets that participated in
the raffle ticket fundraiser. It
was a great success thanks
to all of you. Well we got
through another month but
that also means that we are
one more month closer to the
Annual Inspection. Everyone
needs to memorize the Chain
of Command and The Eleven
General Orders. I have
noticed that the cadets that
went before the Cadet of the
Quarter Board was very
sharp on the General Order
that was given to them.
Hopefully that is a sign that
everyone is studying and
memorizing them. Also, don’t
wait until the last minute to
address uniform issues. Let’
s get them taken care of
ASAP. We have a lot to do to
prepare for the inspection
and not a lot of time to do it.
But I have full faith and
confidence that each of you
will step up and do what is
necessary to get through it
with flying colors. You
always do and that is why I
am so proud of Training Ship
Spokane.
Also, we have several
cadets that are due to test
for advancement this drill.
You should know who you
are. If you are unsure, call
me or shoot me an e-mail
and I will let you know. If
your coursework is not
completed and turned into
me by Saturday morning,
you will not test and
therefore, will not advance
this drill. I am looking
forward to seeing all of you
this weekend.
